SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY

 

STANDARD SHIPPING (2-7 BUSINESS DAYS)

Standard flat rate shipping cost $8.95, on all orders Australia Wide. Free Standard delivery for orders over $60. 
Orders take between 3-7 business days to arrive depending on location. 
Tracking is not included in our free standard shipping.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-3 BUSINESS DAYS)
Express shipping with tracking is available for $12.95.
Express orders can take between 1-3 business days to arrive depending on location. 

*   All items are posted with Australia Post. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours of receiving payment. In times when we are experiencing large load of orders delays may need to be expected.

*   Please remember during Public Holiday, and Festive Seasons postage may take longer to arrive.

RETURNS

If you receive an item that has been damaged through the postage process or is faulty, please email us with evidence of the fault so we can then proceed to work through a finding a solution. We happily offer a full refund, or an exchange, or a replacement product sent to you through express post if there is a fault with the item..

EXCHANGES

Please make your selection carefully.  We cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind or incorrect selection of size, colour etc. Pierced earrings, undergarments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.

Whilst all care is taken to describe items, Ziggle boo cannot be held responsible for any allergies / reactions caused by any items purchased. Please read all descriptions carefully before purchasing any items. Our items are not toys and contain small parts which may be a choking hazard. They are not suitable for children under the age of 3 (three). All children must be supervised at all times whilst wearing.
